QMax Service Mesh (“the Application”), provided by Visionary Technology (“Provider”) to QMax Industries (“Customer”). Last updated: July 2026.
The Application is a private, internal software integration made available by Provider to Customer. By connecting the Application to a QuickBooks Online company, an authorized representative of Customer accepts these terms.
Provider grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application solely for Customer’s internal business operations. The Application is not sold, and no rights are granted other than those expressly stated here.
Customer will use the Application only with QuickBooks Online companies it is authorized to access, and only through authenticated staff accounts. Customer will not attempt to access data belonging to other parties, reverse engineer the Application, or use it to move funds or process payments (the Application does not provide payment or money-movement functions).
Customer’s use of QuickBooks Online data through the Application is governed by the Privacy Policy. Customer retains ownership of its data. Provider accesses it only to deliver the Application’s functionality on Customer’s behalf.
Any action that writes to QuickBooks Online (e.g. creating a bill or invoice, correcting a date) requires an explicit approval by an authorized Customer staff member. Provider is not responsible for the business content of actions approved by Customer’s staff.
The Application is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, Provider will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.
Customer may disconnect the Application from QuickBooks Online at any time, which terminates the Application’s access. Provider may suspend access for misuse.
